This tournament is for Rookie/Novice level teams. A Rookie Level team consists of players with Less Than 2 years of NATIONAL Tournament Level Experiance. National Level means PSP . Teams may have 2 players ranked D2 in PSP. No Pro or Semi Pro players allowed SandBagging will not be tolerated, Teams caught Sandbagging will be disqualified.
